Hair in beds, wads of hair in shower, hair in sink. Someone else’s trash in trashcans. Dirt and hair on floors. Lamp so dirty you would never touch it light switches the same way completely disgusting"

"Clean room. Some garbage in hallways. Staff ok."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen. The staff were unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about the filth. I don’t believe they vacuum the floors between guests. We asked the front desk associate to take a look, he refused, we kindly reported it the next morning, in front of 2 housekeeping staff, our room was still filthy. When we again, asked someone to address it, the housekeeper came to our door and said “what’s wrong now”. Used q tips on the bathroom floor, a toilet...

"The Gem restaurant and bar on the roof was great. Thanks for a great stay."

"Arrived on time for check in. Was a slight delay getting checked in due to rooms being cleaned but was not long wait. Continental breakfast was very well done. Nice value."
