"We booked a private room for 1 night, weeks in advance. We arrived at 1700 to an empty front desk and other travelers also waiting to check-in. We were told that rooms needed to be cleaned and we could wait. This wasn’t a big deal as we sat in the dining area. The employee didn’t offer us wifi or water, but made an espresso drink for another guest of the property. "Very clean, modern place. Within walking distance to great food options and historic downtown. Parking was about 2 blocks away - but hotel staff accompanied and showed us where to park safely. Breakfast was a lovely spread!"
