Home away from home hotel style

Spectecular apartments, home away from home hotel style. Absolutely a beautiful place to stay at, a quick tram ride to the centre of the city shopping complex and beautiful old town Sarajevo.

We loved the apartment and the view. It was clean and beds were good and AC worked great. The people at the reception was helpful and friendly. The reason we give it only three stars is the breakfast. The quality of breakfast means a lot to us when chooding a hotel. For all four breakfasts we had, all the food that was supposed to be hot like eggs, potatoes etc, were cold. And I mean cold. Only sausages were luke warm, laying in water. Also the coffee from the machine never got real hot. Those issues should be so easy to fix, and when I now see that other previous guests have commented the same without the hotel doing anything about it - that is dissapoining.

The service of this hotel is great. We called asking for slippers, and in less that 5 minutes we got them. The next day, we asked for shaving kit, and also we got them in 5 minutes. The hotel is nice. The 2 bedrooms apartment was convenient. The staff are super nice and friendly. Actually the Bosnian people are very nice in general

Lejligheden var super fed. Rent. Pænt. Moderne. Stort. Intet at komme efter. Restaurant på hotellet var en katastrofe uden lige. På ankomst dagen vi ankom sent og vil spise aftensmad. Det tog dem 2 timer at servere maden til os. Og der var kun et bord udover os. Og maden var smagløs. Vi fik suppe som forret som vi skulle krydre og salte så mange gange for at få noget form for smag. Det samme var hovedretten. Katastrofe. Det var den eneste gang vi spiste på restauranten
