Property was clean, staff was helpful, the breakfast selection and quality was excellent! The room was very comfortable and nice and we were also given a cot for our baby. One small issue with the cot was that the actual mattress was missing. We had an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that want to stay in Sarajevo!

I cannot fault my stay at this hotel. All of the the following were excellent - The room - large quiet and lovely bathroom Food - good variety and inexpensive Staff - all excellent helpful and very responsive especially the bar and breakfast staff Location - very close to old town. Overall - highly recommended. Upon arrival I found some cake and a card in my room as they were aware it was my birthday coming up.
