late check in was OK. Room is big enough but quite noisy outside (live music ?) until 1:00am. WIFI is un stable. Breakfast is good enough. Quite far from old downtown (40 min walk), better to take tram.

The hotel is very old, in a 1970 time warp. But its clean. Good price. Excellent value for money. Some people maybe put off by its age. But it is what it is. Near the bus/ train station. But about 2 km from the old town and sites.

A 5 star hotel nostalgia.

I loved this hotel. Please disregard my previous comment about the AC that actually works 100%. Great location and feels like a 5 star hotel. Very close to the train station that currently is closed due to renovations. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting beautiful Sarajevo.

Bedbugs then good breakfast

Bedbugs in my room. They Changed our rooms but whole building was old and run down. Convenient local for bus station was why I chose this spot and that was on point. Really good breakfast though.

The reception staff were good. The maids entered without knocking while we were in the room and tried to another time as well. When we went to breakfast they saw us go out of the room and immediately started toward the room. We had to tell them we would be back after breakfast to get them to wait. This was our last morning and it was well before checkout time. The location was great and this hotel has potential but they have some things to work on.

It was okay for just two nights. It’s on the edge of the town not close to attractions although the taxis are relatively cheap. But they require local currency. May be it’s the culture but the staff are not super friendly although they will help if you ask for something I.e booking taxis
