I have never seen a staff go above and beyond like they did. Every employee that I engaged with was friendly. Hats off to the hiring manager for picking great people! The hotel rooms were amazing as well. the hotel was so clean and nice. I left with a smile on my face. The only negatives about this hotel was the pool was cold but that wasnt a big deal at all. The hotel was also quiet and I stayed by the elevator so to not hear noise was amazing. I will always stay here when i visit saraland! "
