"We arrived early with my son and girlfriend, their room was ready, but ours wasn’t and by the time our room was ready the hotel put us in a handicap room on the 14th floor on the older side of the hotel that was outdated! My sons room on the 5th floor was a beautiful modern room When we complained about it to the front desk, we were told that we were put in that room because we booked with a third party (Expedia) we were so offended, we had to argue with the manager, and had to stay in the outdated room with a tub with a plastic shower curtain, outdated tv for our first night, we were finally moved to the 7th floor and a modern room, but the damage was done! We will never stay in that hotel again! And will think twice about booking through Expedia if this is how we will be treated!"
