"The property is centrally located for a visit to Sarasota. We had the junior suite which was spacious and comfortable. The pool and fitness center are very nice. The facility is definitely outdated and nothing “special”, although they try to dress it up with colorful decor. The maid service was subpar, they never came on day one and didn’t come until late afternoon day 2. Neither day did we receive new towels. Remaining staff were all very friendly. It wasn’t a bad stay, but we will likely try a different hotel next time simply because we know there are better in the area. "

"Nice hotel near downtown . Lovely pool area on the top floor w a view. I suggest hiring an art consultant , possibly from the neighboring museum, that can adjudicate the art that is on display all over the hotel ."

"Marvin was very responsive and answered every question. The house has a nice layout and we had plenty of room. It’s very clean and the outdoor space is a plus. Well-equipped kitchen which opens to the dining area, making it a convenient place to gather. Would stay here again. "

"3rd year in a row here but ther wont b a 4th…prices 2 high.hav been willing 2 bite bullet on condition of place the past couple years but not again.place pretty dirty,very outdated,musty smell throughout.sadly,even free breakfast suckd.unless your from 3rd world country,u wudnt enjoy it.such a shame 2 leev this review but it is what it is.buyer beware"
