HEATED pool, bike to Siesta, quiet street, 1 MILE to SK beach, kayaks & bikes

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Lovely 3 bedroom/2 bathroom 1800 sq. ft. West of the Trail pool home with screened enclosure and private fenced in backyard. (If you’re familiar with the Sarasota area “West of the Trail” is highly sought out and where the locals like to be. Home is located West of Tamiami Trail/US 41). Located in South Sarasota with reasonable access to Siesta Key, St. Armands Circle, & downtown Sarasota. Pool heater optional and available November-April for an additional $25 per day (can be turned on for a minimum of 1 week increments- $175 per week). The pool also has solar panels which will warm it up approx. 10 degrees more than Gulf temps. This feature is great for hot sunny days, although on cooler/overcast days it will not be as warm unless you opt to turn the heater on. Fire pit located in the backyard to unwind over a drink or s'mores after a long fun day. Take an afternoon nap on the hammock while looking up at the trees and enjoying the privacy. Outdoor patio area is screened in to keep bugs out with patio seating and an outdoor TV. Gas grill provided. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Ride your bike or take a jog/walk over the South bridge with easy access to Siesta Key and only 1 mile to Crescent Beach (Access 12, my favorite beach). Beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels, a cooler, beach toys, and 3 bikes provided to you! Walk to the end of the street and you will find views of the Intercoastal which is nice for watching the sunset or try fishing off the sea wall. Walk over to Phillippi Estate Park where you can launch a kayak (2 provided with home), enjoy the playground, or have a picnic lunch with views of the water. There is a nice farmer's market Oct-April at the park with local handmade items, live music, and fresh fruits/veggies! Enjoy the convenient and easy access to Siesta Key without having to deal with traffic going on and off the island every time you go somewhere. There are several wonderful restaurants all within walking distance (Thai, BBQ, and a coffee house/bakery that serves breakfast and lunch). Shopping and grocery stores right around the corner. The neighborhood is great for walking and is so quiet you would never know you are right in the center of such a vibrant location!

Renter MUST meet minimum age requirement of 28 years (driver license required prior to check in).

Strict maximum capacity of 6 people including ALL adults AND children. Thank you for understanding.

Living room- comfortable leather sectional that reclines on each end.. Also enjoy a 60 inch Samsung smart TV. Netflix/streaming is available for connection if you have a personal account.

Kitchen- updated stainless steel appliances with open bar seating and views of the living room. Kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, blender, & a crock pot.

Family room- sofa and a chaise lounge which is the perfect little reading nook.

Master bedroom- queen bed with walk in closet filled with abundant shelving for all your items! Also enjoy a 32 inch smart TV.

All bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans***PLEASE NOTE-- AC cannot be turned down lower than 72 (can be set anywhere from 72-78) degrees as recommended by HVAC company and risk of freezing out the system and causing damage to unit and home to be warm while waiting to defrost...if you are not comfortable at these temps please do not book...thank you for understanding and just want to be upfront with guests ahead of time!***

We can’t guarantee early check ins or late check outs. Our housekeeping team dictates the cleaning schedule and we abide by it. If you want extra time, please consider booking an extra day on either end for more flexibility.

Great Sarasota house and location

We were fishing around Siesta Key, and this house was a perfect respite from the long days in the sun. Great location convenient to many restaurants and entertainment, and the pool was a great way to finish the day. Ample amenities and very clean.

Spring Break

Wonderful time.

House was well appointed and very comfortable. Everything you need was there bikes, beach chairs, towels, even kayaks. Nice neighborhood and close to many beaches and activities but you do need a car. Traffic is heavy but that has nothing to do with the property it’s that way everywhere. Really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful home

We visited Sarasota for a family reunion Thanksgiving. The house was perfect. Room for everyone, everything one could possible need from a rental. Quiet neighbor and close to everything. Home was nicely decorated for the season. A lovely touch. Highly recommend staying there.

We had booked another rental in Siesta Key but after the hurricane came thru the rental was cancelled. Luckily we were able to book this house and it was very nice! In the pool everyday! Thank you.. Very comfortable place!

Beautiful home!

This home was perfect for our girls’ getaway. The interior was laid out well, well-stocked and the perfect cozy place to hang out. The backyard was amazing and we spent hours out by the pool! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we were just a few minutes from the beach - best of both worlds!

Great HOME to stay!

This stay was truly a HOME, not just a house. We had an amazing time and truly got R&R! Easy to get to several beaches but most our time was spent at the home enjoying ourselves. Our teenagers loved the pool and patio area the most. Everything you could imagine was at your disposal and great binder/instructions/recommendations from the owners. You will love your stay here!

Spring Break

This was our first time staying in Siesta Key. This home was perfect for us, as a family with 3 teens and a 10 year old. It had all the comforts of home and the host was very easy to communicate with and super helpful. It was very clean, well equipped, and felt safe. The outside area is so great! It was my favorite “room” to be in. We did walk to the beach, but driving was necessary when we wanted to make a beach trip because it would be quite a trek with beach supplies. It was kind of the best of both worlds, close to beautiful beaches but a relaxing home base for family time.

Perfect for Friends Trip

This property was excellent. It was very clean and wonderfully appointed, even with a few tasteful holiday decorations for the season. It truly felt like a home away from home. The pool area was spotless and well kept as well. The house is walking distance from a few restaurants and a quick drive (or a longer walk) to the beach, so it’s ideally located too - in a quiet neighborhood AND close to everything you need. Communication with the host was excellent and timely. Highly recommend.

The house is beautiful and the heated, enclosed pool is perfect. Location is very close to market and beach entries. Very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. I would recommend it for sure.

Great stay in Sarasota!

My family and I had a great stay here. The house was super clean, had everything we needed and enough room for us all to relax and have fun. We especially loved the outdoor living area in the evenings! Garage had everything we needed for beach days, including lots of towels. The communication with Carrie was great - she was so helpful before and during our stay and always quick to respond. Great house and great host, we would definitely consider staying here again!

Pool Home With Everything You Need

We had an amazing time staying in this home for 3 nights. The pool was the perfect temp to cool off from the FL heat all day long! After grilling up some food and tanning for the day, you can relax on a big comfy couch with a glass of wine and a movie. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook meals, just bring the groceries! We loved this place and would stay again.

Family Vacation

Fabulous home in excellent location! We walked to Crescent Beach (1.4 miles) and took free trolley to Siesta Key. Also walked to Phillipi Park and purchased produce and Siesta Key Spiced Rum. Immaculate house with lots of little cabinets and drawers for extra stotage. Well thought out for female travelers! Very peaceful and relaxing around the pool. Would rent again if return to the area!

Wonderful!!!

Everything is just perfect for our family with 3 boys of 3 years old, 9 years old and 11 years old. The house is impeccable and we all have what we need. The house is in a quiet area and close to everything. Communication with Carrie was very easy. I highly recommend and I would go back without hesitation.
