  • This updated 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood, 25 minutes from Siesta Beach and 15 minutes from city center. The split bedroom design has large living and dining areas. The lanai and pool are enclosed together and a toddler fence is available The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to cook for yourself. There is a laundry room and a garage. Other extras include: wireless WiFi and printer, HDTV with comcast, beach towels, an umbrella and beach chairs, two bicycles and helmets.
    The location is fairly central and easily accessible to just about everything.

The villa was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities you needed, including chairs and umbrellas for the beach. It was very close to some great restaurants and about 30 minutes drive to Siesta beach. Communication from the host was very speedy and friendly.

Great stay

The house is in a good location. Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, and a short drive to the beach. The hosts though of everything you may need for your stay. Easy check in and check out. Good communication with the host.

Nice house in a Quiet neighborhood

Nice place. The hosts were very friendly and helpful! The kitchen had pans and baking dishes and plenty of counter space to cook. The bedrooms are spacious with walk in closets and the bathrooms are well stocked with towels and wash cloths. The pool was a hit with the children and there were plenty of beach towels for our family of 6. Quiet neighborhood with people walking and not much traffic. Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Place for Families

Loved it, would come again. This place has every amenity a family needs. From infant to adult, your needs are covered. Kitchen with every piece of cooking utensil you could want. Grill complete with accessories like little food tents and custom tableclothes for out door patio table. Got a cut? There is a drawer full of well stocked and clearly organized first aid. Need a battery? Same. Pool is wonderful. Comes with pool noodles, dive toys, floaty toys and life jackets and safety fence for toddlers. Quiet neighborhood, convenient location to beaches and stores and restaurants. Life goes on while on vacation, and this gem fills that need for caregiving space and homey comfort while still a convenient location to go out and explore together.

Great house with great amenities. We were in town for a rowing competition and the house had everything we could have asked for. Bedrooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and the treasure trove of puzzles, games, and books meant there was plenty to do while staying out of the sun. Would highly recommend this rental.

Great property and host. The house is fully stocked, clean, private and comfortable. The pool is perfectly temperature controlled and a wonderful swim was had many times. Gracious host have all the local and household info organized clearly, any questions or needs you may have are answered simply and efficiently. Great stay!

Annual Rose family vacation

This was pur 3rd year in a row staying at this beautiful house, and as l9ng as it remains available this is where we will continue to stay! Ben and susan are wonderful hosts and always available when needed even though they live out of state! Beautiful house, perfect vacation home!

Very comfortable home

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location is perfect for easy access to restaurants, beaches, parks etc. While the neighborhood does not look impressive when you drive in, it was actually very quiet, safe and friendly, full of families and regular working folks. We took long walks all around the neighborhood most every day, which was relaxing and very little traffic. Will definitely consider booking again.
