Welcome to the Coconut Cottage! Adorable historic coastal bungalow 10 minutes from Siesta Key and beaches! (4.5 Miles away from South Siesta Key beach access). (North Jetty beach (Venice) is approx 9 miles in other direction). Interior of home has been recently updated. Quaint and cozy feel with coastal charm. Home is approx. 700 sq. feet with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Open kitchen area. Smart TV with basic TV through Youtube TV is provided. Free WIFI. Large spacious partially fenced backyard with tropical vibe and many trees which is what makes this property unique! Enjoy a nap in the hammock or sunbathing in the private backyard. There is a small outdoor screened in porch off the carport which is perfect for sipping morning coffee. Open patio area with seating, firepit, and string lights for added ambiance! Nearby public park with kayak/boat launch within walking distance. Up and coming neighborhood west of U.S. 41 which is highly sought out and where the locals prefer to be. Lots of shopping and dining nearby, quiet residential neighborhood. Come enjoy Sarasota and our lovely weather!

ALL rooms equipped with ceiling fans***PLEASE NOTE-- AC cannot be turned down lower than 72 (can be set anywhere from 72-78) degrees as recommended by HVAC company and risk of freezing out the system and causing damage to unit and home to be warm while waiting to defrost...if you are not comfortable at these temps please do not book...thank you for understanding and just want to be upfront with guests ahead of time!***
