This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home accommodates up to 9 guests. The bedrooms are arranged to support both families and groups, with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin bunk beds, and a twin sleeper sofa. Each room offers a restful setup, complemented by bathroom essentials and fresh linens.

A piano adds a unique touch for musical guests, while the dedicated workspace and Wifi make it easy to stay connected when needed. Check-in inspection: Let us know of any issues within 2 hours of arrival.
No smoking inside: $500 fee for violations.
Maximum of 2pets allowed with total of 40pounds and with an extra charge of $50 per pet per day

No parties or large gatherings: $500 fee; violations may result in cancellation with no refund.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM, please respect neighbors.
Damages or missing items: Guests responsible for costs.
No underage drinking.
Keep it clean: No wet towels on beds, no shoes inside.
Check-in/out: Early or late check-out available with prior approval.
