Enjoy a relaxing stay at this newly updated studio, in the beautiful Sweet Dreams condominiums complex. Our Host Jonathan will be there to help out with whatever is necessary for our guest.

The condo is located only a short 10 minute walk away from Ocotal beach and a twenty minute walk to downtown Coco. It is accessible by all types of vehicles, with parking available and security guards monitoring the area.

Guests can access the shared pool area and the common laundry. Laundry is located right across from the unit and costs 2$ for washing and 2$ for drying.

The spacious studio features a brand new bed frame, mattress and sofa bed. The double sized bed and sofa bed can comfortably sleep 4 individuals. The unit also includes a dining table suited for four guests. You can also enjoy brand new kitchen amenities and appliances, including an electric stove, a kettle and a coffee maker and a safe to store your belongings.

The condo unit also features a work area, suited for working individuals or digital nomads. The internet speed inside the unit is 100Mbps.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.

Initial Supplies:
Our competitive pricing and discounts for longer stays are based on a limited initial supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Shampoo is not provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing these supplies as needed.

Kitchen Sink Hot Water:
In Costa Rica, it's common for kitchen sinks not to have hot water connections, resulting in room-temperature water.

Cleaning:
The cleaning fee covers post-departure cleaning only. Additional cleaning services during your stay can be arranged at your expense.

Amenities:
Review the amenities list carefully. For specific needs or questions, please contact us before booking. We cannot fulfill requests for amenities not listed once the reservation is complete.

Special Needs and Preferences:
Inform us of any special requirements (e.g., sensitivity to noise, mobility issues) before booking to ensure the property suits your needs.

Cancellations and Repairs:
The property operates under a strict cancellation policy. Refunds for cancellations are not guaranteed and are reviewed case-by-case. We aim to address repairs impacting your stay promptly during business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Moving to Another Property:
Relocation due to uncommunicated preferences or missing amenities is not possible post-booking, except in extreme cases.

White Towels:
Please avoid staining white towels. Charges will apply for stains that cannot be removed.

Additional Policies:
Immediate Issues: Report any cleaning issues immediately to allow us to rectify them. All other issues should also be communicated promptly.
No Parties/Events: Violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
No Smoking: A $100 cleaning charge will apply if smoking is detected inside.
No Pets: Violations will lead to immediate eviction without a refund.
No Unregistered Guests: Extra charges plus a penalty fee will apply for unregistered guests.
Care with Food and Drinks: Avoid eating or drinking on beds.
Noise Curfew: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
AC Usage: Turn off ACs when leaving and set temperatures above 20°C to prevent freezing and damage.
Trash Disposal: Please dispose of all trash upon departure.
Check-In/Out Times: Respect the scheduled times to avoid charges for unauthorized late checkouts.
Lost Keys: A fee applies for key replacements and lock changes.
No Illegal Substances: Strictly prohibited on the premises.
Damage Reporting: Report any damages immediately.
Parking: One spot is provided in the gated parking area.
Emergency Contacts: For emergencies, contact our Property Managers. Local emergency services are available at the numbers provided.
