GREAT Location!

Condo is nice and looks like the pictures! The best part is this condo is within walking distance of Playa Ocotal and Father Rooster's, plus has visiting privileges to TWO beach clubs, one being right next to Father Rooster's and steps from the condo and beach!

Walking distance to Beach

Condo was perfect for family of 4. It had everything we needed. We really appreciated the fact that they supply clothes detergent so we were able to do a few loads of wash. The property managing staff was very helpful! This place is in walking distance of the beautiful beach and a car ride into town of you want the hustle and bustle of downtown.
