Out of respect for our wonderful neighbors, we ask that noise levels stay conversational after 9 PM. This home is perfect for peaceful getaways—events and parties are not permitted.

The pool area is shared with other residents. Please observe posted pool hours and help keep the space tidy for everyone to enjoy.

ROOFTOP DECKS
The upper decks at Flor de Limón are private and belong to the top floor units. They are not shared common area and are not included with this rental. Please stay off the roof stairs and decks during your stay.

Please treat the home and its furnishings with care. The gas grill on your patio is for your exclusive use—we ask that you clean the grates after each use. We trust you'll treat our home as your own.
