We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Ladera del Mar is a large residential community that sits just before the town of Playas del Coco. The home is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste International airport (LIR). From the development, you are just a 5-minute drive to amenities like grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies and shops. Just 5 minutes more and you’re at the ocean with several beachfront restaurants and a main street lined with shops, restaurants, and fruit vendors. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. The second floor features a bonus room that is perfect for yoga, bodyweight training or meditation.
