"A dream spot! Quiet, a Little walk from the beach, and a feeling of being among locals, not in a secluded tourist place."

"We loved the property so much, we came back to end our vacation there! Everything was great and an excellent way to end our adventurous vacation with some beach time!! Amazing grounds and property is even more beautiful in person!"

"Amazing host!"

"The stay was amazing! Ilya was absolutely the BEST host I’ve ever experienced over all of my travels! He gave us a full tour of the unit and property. We felt totally comfortable staying there. It is in a relatively convenient location and it felt safe. Ilya helped with recommendations and even arranged transportation from the airport. The unit had everything we could possibly need (including a washer and dryer). Absolutely fantastic!"

"The property itself is well kept, nicely staged, and shows evidence of recent remodeling. In many respects, it is a perfectly suitable short-term rental.Unfortunately, the location was a significant disappointment. As other guests have noted, the surrounding area is not particularly appealing, and in its present state I found it unsuitable for walking any distance beyond the gated community. The nearby beach and town are technically close, but the route is not realistically walkable and the...

"Good accommodations, walkable area. Ample parking."

"We only stayed one night as this was a landing spot for us after La Fortuna and before moving on to the south. I booked it mainly for the ability to do laundry and space to move around. We enjoyed soaking our feet in the pool this morning before rushing off to our next destination. The location for different beaches and near great food and shopping was great. The host was very fast and clear in responses."

"Had a water Clairity issue the pool guy was working on "

"Everything was lovely"

"Perfect studio for my wife and I. Check in was easy, communication was great. For the price you couldn’t expect better."

"Missing wheelchair access to pool. Otherwise quite a good location "

"Greeted by a flood in the kitchen when we arrived and was required to mop it up ourselves. Nobody came to look at it until the next day."

"Flor de Limón was a great fit for our family of 4. While the condo itself is on the smaller side, it is incredibly well-equipped and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It was a huge plus that our teenage boys each had their own beds! The property grounds are beautiful, and the pool was fantastic. We loved that the beach is just a short walk away. To get to the main street of Coco, it’s a bit of a hike, but there are a couple of great coffee shops and a handy little...

"Our stay was absolutely perfect! Ilya, the host, was so helpful, even before we arrived, sending us links and ideas of what to do and where to eat, etc. The condo was in such a great location, minutes walk from coco beach and many shops and restaurants and so centralized to visit tons of other beautiful beaches. Close proximity to do tours and visit other areas. The condo itself had everything you could possibly need. It was a gorgeous condo and has amazing views from each balcony, especially...
