Fully equipped condos with all amenities, just a five-minute drive to Playa Ocotal and only 3 km from downtown Playas del Coco, where you can enjoy great restaurants and stores.
- This is a non smoking unit. If you smoke, your deposit will be forfeited. Also, you will be charged an extra amount to cover for the services to get rid of the odor.

- No pets are allowed in the house.

- No parties or events are allowed.

- Please, maintain order and cleanliness in the apartment.

- Please, do not deposit toilet paper of any paper product in the toilet, as it can cause clogging. Instead, use the provided trashcans in the bathroom.

- Use the outside shower to rinse sand before showering inside or entering the pool.

- Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium. On rentals over one week there is a $50 cap on electricity.

- Mandatory to enjoy your stay to the fullest and at least one sunset at the beach!
