"The internet pictures lie. The hotel is in middle of nowhere and best to book only if you have work exactly at schools or residential areas nearby. Rooms has water seepage and black spots aplenty. Tv and set top box remotes weren’t working often. The Wifi didn’t work one day. When I was taking bath with soap on my body, the water supply ends suddenly .. and they say wait 30mins to 45mins. "The location is the best part with a wonderful view of the hills. Its around 5 km before Panchgani town. The staff are very friendly and supportive. The rooms are clean, comfortable. The Wifi is not very strong in the rooms so one has to come to lobby for that. Area of improvement: 1. Tea / Coffee kettle in room. 2. Newspaper 3. Wider breakfast choice"

"THIS LISTING IS NOT BY THE ORIGINAL OWNER. STAY AWAY, THIS IS A FRAUD LISTING. NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE ORIGINAL OWNER OR THE PROPERTY. I am not sure how this passed the Hotels.com scrutiny. I booked Casurina Resort Park, Bhor, Maharashtra for 3 nights as a gift for our 2nd Wedding Anniversary. I was charged for the entire stay. My wife and I drove 2 hours from Pune Maharashtra to the resort. At the gate, we were not allowed to enter the resort premises. After persuading the guard and showing him the receipt on my phone, he reluctantly let us in. At the reception, we were shocked to know when the manager said that they are not listed on Hotels.com. I spoke with Casurina Resorts corporate office in Pune and was told the same. I contacted hotels.com support and they were also not able to get in touch with the person / company who listed the property on hotels.com. I was told that they could not issue a refund but I will get a call back from the Hotels.com reservations team, which I have not received as of today. I am frustrated and quite honestly not sure what to do in order to get a refund. Did not expect this from the likes of hotels.com/expedia and Vrbo."
