"The property is more like a dorm room back in the 70's. There is no luxury to this property except location. It would be fine for a boys vacation. The unit came with 4 rolls of toilet paper and salt and pepper, that was it. We each had one towel to shower with during our entire stay."

"My family enjoyed the proximity to town as well as the roomy quality of the home itself. The owner was very responsive to questions and issues."

"We were 5 people staying in Chalet @Le Du Coq Rouge' for 5 nights, while skiing in Cervinia. The house was very good overall with plenty of space and we found the location to be very good for us, with the village of Valtournanche within reasonable walking distance and the town of Certvinia around 20 minutes drive."

"Our stay was wonderful. The chalet is newly renovated, fully equipped (washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen) and very clean. The location is fantastic, in a quiet neighbourhood with hiking trails out the back door. We would definitely book with Chamonix All Year again as they were responsive and a pleasure to work with."

"If you're looking for a great deal, as advertised, in the heart of Chamonix / Les Praz, then this is the place to be. The Villa was extremely comfortable and perfect for larger groups of adults or families. It's very well appointed, extremely easy check in / out process, clean and cozy. We will be back!"
