"Joaquim was the best host! His very clean and beautifully set up apartment was great for our stay in L'Escala. Joaquim and his partner welcomed us, talked with us about very close sites- Greek and Roman ruins, and about regional sites- medieval towns and delicious resturants. He made sure we knew how to use everything - washer, dishwasher, coffee maker, thermostat and even the outdoor pool (which we did not use). He even left us a nice bottle of wine! "Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce gite spacieux, calme, bien climatisé avec une magnifique piscine. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et essaie d'apporter une solution aux éventuels problèmes. Le gérant immobilier(Novasol) a répondu à nos interrogations. Il serait souhaitable que la commission prise par Abritel ou Novasol soit clairement indiquée.Ce serait logique."

"We spent two weeks at the house and had the most amazing time. The house was perfect for our visit with enough rooms for each of the kids and adults. The outdoor space was great to play in, read in, etc. (for when you aren't at the amazing beaches :)). We ate out at restaurants for most meals but used the kitchen for breakfasts and it worked perfectly (with a number of grocery stores within a 5 minute drive). "At first we were happy with the condo but an increasingly terrible sewer smell soon made the second floor bathroom unusable. We had to keep the door shut and use only the third floor bathroom. No amount of air freshener would have helped. This canceled most of our enjoyment. Call a plumber!"
