We couldn’t have found more of a gem. This small boutique hotel in the heart of Sarteano was refurbished and done to the highest of standards. The room was so lovely so tastefully decorated and thoughtfully planned. The breakfast was amazing. Chiara and her brother are so welcoming. We travel to Sarteano often and I’m so glad we found this hotel because it will now be our only go to! Don’t miss your chance to stay here! Absolute gem!

Very beautiful property and nicely decorated rooms that were welcoming and relaxing. Staff were very professional and also very helpful. Nice outdoor space to enjoy a relaxing coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. Also great restuarant that had a tradional menu in addition to great grilled options. The grilled lamb was excellent. Atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. Highly recommened.

Great location. 10 minutes from Chiusi station. Staff was very pleasant and helpful at check in. Building and room were spacious and clean. Great spot!

We were the only guests for 2 nights out of 3, at this lovely B&B on the estate of one of the best wineries in Tuscany. We had sumptuous room with a living room, bedroom and bathroom (nice shower!) all to ourselves. The staff were local women, who made a wonderful breakfast every day and told us of the life in Tuscany. Beautiful property, rooms were spacious and well appointed. Staff were wonderful and helpful, Paolo welcomed us and provided many helpful recommendations on restaurants and sites nearby. Breakfast was delicious, pasteries and bread freshly baked and staff very welcoming. Loved our stay.

We only stayed one night, wished we could have stayed longer, beautiful restored building overlooking a valley and great restaurant… Orlando, the owner was hands on all the time, food was superb…. Great location, it’s my second time to Citta della Pieve

An excellent location for enjoying a peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by true nature and spectacular views. Francesco was a magnificent host. I would certainly stay at this Agriturismo again when I return to Tuscany.

Clean room!

Enjoyed the hotel to the max. The staff were super helpful and great. The space was comfy and clean. I also enjoyed fresh grapes right from my balcony.

This was our absolute best stay in the three weeks we were in Europe! The staff was amazing, the food outstanding and the location — I can’t even begin to describe. If I could give it a higher rating I would!

Excellent property. The resort is located on what appears to be a farm or in a farm area. We stayed for 4 nights and loved nearly everything. The room was excellent, only complaint was the bed/pillows were a bit hard for our tastes. If you like a firm mattress it will be good. We did not eat at the restaurant for lunch or dinner so we cannot comment on the quality of the food. Breakfast was typical and high quality. The spa was nice as well. They have a hydromassage pool and a regular pool, dry...
