On the day of the booking we reached out to obtain the keys and after an hour the host responded stating they had double booked the property. We were a party of 6 adults and their offer to compensate us with a 1 BR appt. When I questioned the lack of beds, the host did not respond for more than 1 hour. I attempted to contact VRBO by phone and chat without any response...
