"Very convenient to the sights. Easy with a car to get to neighboring villages. Rooms great- sound proofed from street noise. Very comfortably furnished. Best so far with air conditioning in this heat wave in France. Parking on road bit difficult. Reception staff went out of their way to help yes-even help with bags up 2 flights of steps. Eventually had a room with a lift access. It was good that Chris and Tiffany were so helpful and a bit of history about the hotel was interesting. Great courtyard to drink n eat breakfast n to get away from the heat! Visually interesting with all the different buildings joined together with various design n colors. Had run in with bar staff who was not helpful n even got sworn at- they should get him re trained! Took away all the nice things the other staff had done. Don’t think he should b in the hospitality industry when one needs to deal with diff races n women!"

"Location it’s awesome , staff it’s friendly , you can keep luggage after check out , suite it has ample space for 2 adults and one kid . Near to restaurants and bar , walking distance to museum , cathedral , little venice . Hotel give you discount tickets for the boat tour , museum . Also i recommend you to do the tourist train tour , you take from infront of museum ."

"A very nice Junior Sweet with a very comfortable bed and a well appointed bathroom. The nights were cool and dark with good blackout and discreet air con. Breakfast was quite expensive but convenient. Good spot for those travelling by train to Colmar with a flat, 15 minute walk to the centre."

"Clean, basic stay. 10 min walk from Ringsheim train station and a short bus ride to Rulantica and Europa Park. Housekeeping generally only on request. Limited dinner and breakfast options, but there is a Subway and pizza/pasta restaurant (which also offers takeaway) directly opposite. Would stay again for convenience to station/parks; it was very clean and suited our needs overall."

"We recently stayed here for 3 nights. Overall, the hotel itself is nice and comfortable, but the housekeeping service was a major disappointment. Upon check-in, we explicitly requested daily room cleaning and fresh towels for our entire stay. However, during 2 out of the 3 nights, our room was completely ignored—no clean towels and no service at all. When we raised the issue after the first day, the front desk claimed it wasn't noted in their system. To their credit, they apologized and compensated us with 4 complimentary drink vouchers, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened after the second day. Once again, our room wasn't cleaned, and when we spoke to the staff, they used the exact same excuse—that it wasn't recorded in the system. This time, however, no compensation or real solution was offered. It’s a shame because the hotel has great potential, but basic communication and housekeeping consistency definitely need improvement."
