The Old Town, arguably the most idyllic part of Sassnitz, captivates visitors above all with its exceptionally well-preserved and beautifully restored seaside resort architecture. Here you’ll find excellent restaurants and cafés with cozy outdoor seating.
The sailing and fishing harbor—with many more dining options—the famous Sassnitz pier, and the city center itself are all just a short distance from the picturesque Old Town. From here, you can take relaxing walks into Jasmund National Park or along the cliffs.
The building has a total of 11 apartments, some of which offer lake views. Each apartment comes with a parking space. The parking spaces are located approximately 300 meters away, behind City Hall.

Apartment Red:
This vacation rental is located on the first floor and is decorated in bold red and white. The living room features a cozy couch that can be pulled out into a sleeper sofa upon request. Dine at the high table with bar stools. The large bathroom, equipped with a shower and toilet, has natural light. You access the bathroom through the bedroom.
The apartment’s amenities include a full kitchen, a Senseo pod coffee maker, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, a mini stereo system, and more. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hair dryer.

Size: 46 square meters—accommodates up to 4 people.

The vacation rental is located on the 2nd floor and offers a magnificent view stretching from Sassnitz across the Baltic Sea to Binz, as well as a view of the old town of Sassnitz on Rügen.The apartment’s amenities include a full kitchen, a Senseo pod coffee machine, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and a mini stereo system. Layout: Living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Size: 60 sqm – accommodates up to 6 people. Wi-Fi is available.
