"Was unable to partake in breakfast. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful except the man (or shuttle driver) when we arrived that nite. I don’t appreciate being yelled at by staff at a hotel I paid for. Was not very understanding and rude."

The room was spacious and luxurious with exposed stone walls and ceilings which provided an immersive experience if staying in the caves of Matera. The breakfast options too were delicious and highlighted the local produce and cuisine. We had an amazing 2 nights and would definitely return. "
