Wonderful hotel and great service. Absolutely recommend

THE PROPERTY IS EXCELLENT IN EVERY ASPECT . I LOVED IT

This Parkhotel was one of the nicest stays we had during our two week trip to Europe. It’s located right across from tons of public transportation options, or you can park your car in the neighboring garage for about €10/ night. Short trip to Bonn or Cologne with a select offerings in Euskirchen as well. The service was EXCEPTIONAL. The front desk staff (one young lady in particular) went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We even had a minor fiasco with our passports and she let us...

Owner was very friendly & helpful. We arrived, dialed the number on the door, and he promptly came to check us in. Our room was on the top floor of 3 stories and had had a sink, fridge, hair dryer (in the end table), 2 twin beds, couch, and 1 queen bed. Beds were comfortable, towels & bedding new. This room was a little outdated & needed some work, but, from the looks of the outside of the other rooms, it looks like they are working on them. Comfortable night of sleeping and, the next morning,...

Wonderful location and very nice accommodation!

Staff very friendly and accommodating. We knew AC was not an option. Would have been amazing, since it’s summer.

A very nice property offering a spacious room and an included breakfast. The only negative…our air conditioner leaked water onto the carpet. Apparently, there was nothing the hotel staff could to remedy the situation. As a result, we did not use the air conditioning and thus suffered through a rather warm night. Since we picked this location based on the availability of air conditioning, we were slightly disappointed.

Absolut empfehlenswert Top Location

Clean, pleasent place. Goodprice. Good breakfast.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The sauna was amazing and the bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. We especially loved the buffet breakfast and dining area. The welcome area has stocked drinks and wines you make make use of with an easy system to relay back what you have selected to add to your bill. Staff are amazing and extremely nice. Would recommend staying if considering visiting this party of Germany.

Great

This is a very quaint and cute hotel. If you want new in modern, it’s not for you. If you are looking for some thing neat and very traditional, it’s your place. We got there late but they got us checked in very quickly and with no problem. Very friendly man working the desk.
