"Excellent hotel all around. Pleasant and accomodating staff - everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful and polite. The hotel is recently updated and very clean - lobby, hallways, staircases, bathrooms, our room. It was actually THE cleanest hotel we ever stayed at. Breakfast very nice, 2 protein choices, fresh fruit, etc. Location is great too - close to everything. Definetly recommend."

"One female receptionist on duty spoiled our initial experience to the point of no return. We called ahead for early check in availability and were told that it would cost $50 per hour. We said we'd drive up and see what time we got there. We were there at ~ 1:45 pm. I asked what time we could check in and without even checking the availability she told me abruptly " Check in is at 3:00pm.!" I checked online, there were 7 identical rooms to mine vacant. "No complaints"

"It is managed by homeless people. Don’t ever stay here."

"Awesome"

"Room was run down but comfortable. Front desk was overwhelmed at check in and check out didn’t answer the phone during the day."

"The breakfast could have been better."

"Location in downtown Woodstock was great- parking was easy. Loved the rooftop patio - great place to enjoy a coffee. Rooms were very nice and large."

"We thought that the setting was very nice but we had some issues. Not all of the blinds closed. The soap/body wash/shampoo dispensers were faulty and we had to remove the dispensers in order to use. Couldn’t regulate the heat and were either cold or hot. There was a family with children above us and there was constant thumping from above. The construction of the place did not provide for adequate noise mitigation. I think if we had stayed one night,or even two, it might not have been as...

"Beautiful Location. Clean room, staff was very helpful. Food options where very limited."

"Overall amazing stay! Location, staff, food, aesthetic and coziness all 10/10!"

"There is nothing special about this property but it is FINE if you just need a clean, no frills place to rest your head. It is reasonably priced, too. There was a TV, and a clean microwave and a clean mini-fridge. The busy road is not far, even though the motel is set back, and the rooms are in a line so you inevitably hear the slammed door of your neighbors. Convenient with lots of businesses nearby."
