"The check in process was terrible. The gentleman was not friendly at all. I was paying for all 4 of our rooms and he said I could not check anyone in. He had to see my husband and all 3 of my kids. I understand he had to see their license but it was the why he did it. He said I couldn’t do anything he could only deal with my husband and he was very rude about it. Then once everyone was checked in, we were all on different floors. I had called the hotel and asked for us to be all on the same...

"The hotel was located downtown Sault Ste Marie which was close to everything we wanted to do as well as shopping and restaurants. We were able to walk to everything. Its an old hotel with some dated wallpaper but it was clean and staff was helpful. We enjoyed it."

"My daughter has Celiac and the staff reviewed labels of the breakfast foods with me! Super helpful, friendly and accommodating."
