"We had a great experience at this Hotel. We especially appreciated Mohamad, he helped us with our bags on arrival and again on our departure. We were in Rm 25, and at our age (76 & 84)it was a challenge getting up and down the stairs and would have been impossible with our bags. He was so pleasant through out. The breakfast provided was wonderful & all service excellent! The Ladies at the front desk also were very helpful and pleasant! Thank you for a great experience!"

"The only thing I can say that was not good is that we happened to pick a day to stay there that there was a carnival which made it inconvenient to eat out since all the local pubs and restaurants were closed and parking was non existent. It would have been nice to have known before booking our stay we would have chosen a different day. "

"Only about 20 minute bus ride from the airport and bus stop only a minute walk away. Bus number 703 takes you to and from and only costs 3 pounds. Hotel was overall nice for a night or 2 stay. "

"Everything was great EXCEPT for the fact that the whole hotel is TOO HOT and room temperatures can't be reduced. The reception staff know about this issue very well as it's been going on for many months and they offer guests who complain about it fans for their rooms. But when are the management team planning on getting this fixed? How much energy are they wasting in the meantime?"
