"Access to the flat and parking was easy and convenient. The flat was a good size and modern. However we did have to contact the owners as the kitchen, dishes, cutlery and appliances were very dirty. The bathtub was not clean and the double bed linens had an odd smell which lingered in the flat until they removed the bedding
We reached out to the owners and sent them pictures they were very responsive and apologetic"

"Had quite a few issues with the property most of which were not fixed. Didn’t get any WiFi throughout my time at the property which fair I was refunded for. Had to sleep on a bed which was broken , which I told the owner about but was not fixed. I only got a call on the day before my listing was finished to fix the bed. The place where the bins are deposited was never cleared throughout the listing (5 weeks) so was full of bins and was starting to smell."
