It's a little quirky. There won't be anyone at reception when you arrive and the front door will be locked, anyway, regardless of whether you are within reception hours. It's not the most obvious sign, and there are two potential front doors, but eventually you'll see the sign that says you need to call a number for someone to come and let you in. I did this, and I probably waited about 8 minutes for someone to appear....., but after that everything was great.
My apartment was on the ground floor, and the place was within reasonable walking distance of the city centre and all attractions.
Don't miss out on visiting the amazing library complex called The Forum. I can see you doubting me. Trust me on that. It's a really impressive concept building."
