"We had such a wonderful week at this beautiful cottage! The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The lake view was absolutely lovely, and the huge, peaceful property made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the time away. We also really appreciated that the cottage is dog-friendly, which made our vacation even more special.The cottage offered so many wonderful options for recreation and entertainment. We enjoyed the kayaks and pedal boat, and there were also a stand-up paddleboard, outdoor games, and plenty of indoor games and entertainment available. We enjoyed all the activities available. We especially loved spending our evenings by the fire pit in the Adirondack chairs -- it was such a beautiful and cozy setup!The cottage was very well set up, with a spacious kitchen and everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very kind and welcoming, which made our experience even better. We truly enjoyed our stay and made so many wonderful memories here. Thank you for providing such an excellent accommodation and a memorable cottage experience!"

"It's a typical motel. The pictures are not very accurate. The property is not on the water, and has no access to the river. It was very clean, minus a bit of mould in the shower. Bedding was fine, and the bed was comfortable. Shower was broken when we arrived, but the guy fixed it to the best of his ability. He offered us a different room but the smell of mothballs was so strong that we decided to kept our original. Neighbours were loud, but responded to my request to be quiet. My only real complaint was the porch light pouring into the room due to the old and paper-thin yellowish blinds and lack of curtains. Unfortunately, I was inches from the window and barely slept. We paid $170 CAD, with taxes and fees. I don't suggest paying over $125."

"Clean room with a 3/4 size fridge and a microwave, as well as a private washroom. When I saw it was a residence I was a bit hesitant but the room overall was fine. Property is near a walking trail which is nice for the summer time. Only complaint is the linens are only changed every 3 nights and my room was not cleaned during my second stay, so you may need to request this from the front desk. Good value for the money and overall a decent set up. Not a luxury stay at all, but an affordable option for a single night or budget business travel."

He offered thoughtful recommendations and had a great collection of books and records that gave the place a unique character. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh, high-quality food. "The atmosphere was simply devine, nestled in the woods by the water with a lot of outdoor space surrounded by trees. The firepit was very enjoyable and there was an absolutely, totally Zen, tranquility ladened round sofa with cushioned that I named the Cleopatra sofa where I had the most incredibly peaceful nap. Very unique and decorated with class. It was rustic yet modern and the appliances all match - black with retro style. The bar outside was nice and made from beautiful tree wood. Really enjoyed the hot tub as well. Our dinners were incredible on such a large, stylish table. We really appreciated all the detail that went into creating a simply spectacular get-away haven. We haven't stopped talking about it since we were there and can't wait to go back."
