"This hotel is right on the beach I loved that we could just leave the room and be on the beach in a few short steps there are private lounge chairs and umbrellas for guests the bar staff is absolutely wonderful, food on site was great we weren’t all inclusive but enjoyed the restaurant. They have a sister property on the cliffs which is also very accommodating. I enjoyed the quiet as it was low season when we arrived the rain held off everyday until about 4 pm never affected our enjoyment of the property or the beach. There are glass bottom boat rides available for booking we enjoyed a few trips with captain Clark to the island for snorkeling and lunch. The beach is absolutely beautiful. My best advice is don’t forget to grab small bills from the bank for tipping purposes it’s vital to have small bills and though the atm in the area gives US dollars it doesn’t have smaller then $20, the staff obviously appreciates the guests generosity on any level . Also helps to remember your manners n check the foul language as it’s not well received . I stayed 10 days with my boyfriend which it was his very first trip and I’ve surely ruined him for other adventures because Jamaica is absolutely breathtaking from sunrise to sunset . Thank you for making our visit memorable."

"Changing to Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton was the best choice I could have made! I went there for my 1st ever solo birthday vacation. They will forever be my go to resort every time I go to Jamaica. They were absolutely amazing in every area you could possibly think of. There were a some small repairs that need to be made but not enough for me to fuss or change rooms. My room was clean, beautiful, and a nice size. I loved the little tropical garden area outside the room. My villa area was super quiet. Ms. Colleen, the concierge was such a beautiful young lady and very helpful with making my dinner reservations and anything I needed help with. Ms. Opal did a great job of keeping the room clean. I lost my beats earbud 3 times. The 1st time I lost it, security was helping me look for it at 4am because that’s when I realized I lost it. All 3 times they were turned in to the JA side of the resort. My favorite two places were the spa and the sports bar. Elisa at the sports bar, James at the spa, Ana Kay at the travel club just to name a few are some of my favorite people. I didn’t eat a lot but what I did have was good. The oxtail from the Jamaican restaurant was my favorite meal. There are a ton of options for food, I’m sure one will find something they like. The night life was just enough for me, not too much not too little. With this being a family resort, I still found the peace, rest, and relaxation I went for.
