This unit features:
- Living Room with a 50" Smart TV where you can stream all your favorite services.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen with everything you will need to cook a full meal. We also feature a Keurig machine.
- Queen Bedroom with memory foam mattress, nightstands, and closet.
- King Bedroom with memory foam mattress, dresser, nightstands, and closet.
- Full bathroom with shower/tub: toiletries and linens provided

The Outside Space:
Out back, you'll find a spacious shared outdoor area, complete with tables, BBQs, and outdoor games for everyone to enjoy. There's also a large shared parking area, with one car allowed per unit. Any additional vehicles will need to use street parking. We just ask that you be mindful and respectful of other guests while using the property!
Guest Access
The unit is fully equipped with everything you need—feel right at home!
-No smoking in the condo. Any violations will result in a $250 smoke abatement fee.
-No pets or animals permitted. Unannounced animals will result in a $200 additional cleaning fee and your reservation being cancelled without refund.
-Four guests maximum at any time. No parties or events. Violations will result in cancellation of the stay without refund.
-Please observe neighborhood quiet hours between 10pm-8am.
MODERATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund for cancellations up to 5 days prior to arrival. No refund after that. We do not make exceptions to this, for any reason, including weather, illness, or other circumstance that interrupts your travel (whether it is within your control or not), and do not accept date changes. Therefore, we always advise that guests purchase travel insurance for their trip, just in case! This is particularly important from June-November, as hurricanes in the southeast are considered known travel risks and not eligible for an exception. Again, we do not provide refunds if you cancel and do not accept date changes within 5 days of your check-in date for ANY reason. Please insure yourself accordingly!
