Charming Home Central To Savannah And Tybee Island

Morgan Estates welcomes you to our cozy home which is nestled between historic downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. This house is located in Whitemarsh Island and approximately 15 minutes in either direction. Includes many amenities as you would have in your own home and just minutes from Publix supermarket, Walmart, and restaurants such as Papa's Barbecue, Jalapenos Mexican Grill, and Asian Fusion. Great getaway for families, couples and large groups.

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home can accommodate up to 8 persons comfortably. Take a trip to downtown and visit the Savannah Historic District, Forsyth Park and various walking tours. Our home offers beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, pool towels, and a cooler which you can take to Tybee Island and soak up some sun or relax on the beaches.

The following amenities are included:

Exactly what we needed

We stayed there for a wedding at the JW Marriott. The house was in a nice location, lots of restaurant options close by and River Street was 15 minutes away. The bathrooms are pretty small but served us just fine. The house was cozy and backyard looked relaxing, but sadly we didn’t have time to enjoy the yard.

Jimmy was very responsive from the time we booked the house until we checked out. House was very clean, organized and perfectly located inbetween Tybee Island and Savannah. Even close enough for a nice day trip to Hilton Head Island.

Mother's Day Adventure

Perfect vacation

This property is perfectly located between the beach at Tybee Island and the city of Savannah. We enjoyed our time together and didn’t have to spend a lot of time traveling either direction to go to restaurants or find things to do. We would definitely stay here if ever we visited the area again ❤️

Good Overall Stay

The location was great! Not far from Savannah and other locations. We had a couple of unwanted bugs in the home. Living room furniture was a little stained. Property Host Jimmy was responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, we were here during the tropical storm. So, we didn't get the chance to enjoy the nice backyard. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again at this location!

Spring break getaway

Although small, property has been updated and was clean and comfortable. Liked that it was about half way between Savannah and Tybee Island since we visited both places. Biggest negative for me - the bathroom attached to the main bedroom was “tight”.

Fantastic Weekend Getaway

Rented the house for a weekend couples getaway and was pleasantly surprised by the home! Modern upgrades made it really feel welcoming. The place was very clean on arrival and even had all the items we needed for an enjoyable stay. Only regret was it was too cold to enjoy the patio. It looks so nice and relaxing. Will definitely try to rent in the summer to enjoy the outdoor living space. And I want to give a special shout out to the young lady who came to clean. We were running a tad late and she was nice and patient enough to give us a few extra minutes to pack the car and tidy up before leaving. Thank you for a great experience!

Perfect Placement

This home was perfectly placed and appointed for those looking to enjoy both downtown Savannah and Tybee Beach. The house is charming (aka small) but exactly as listed with so much more. Each time I would think "I could really use..." I easily found that item and more that I hadn't even thought of. From extra charging ports in the master bedroom to beach supplies that were exactly what we would have wanted to bring ourselves, the house has it all. The property offers the quiet of suburbs, the southern charm of the Savannah, and the beachy vibe of the Tybee Island. And the price made it reasonable to do it all. Thanks for opening this home to us.

The house was just as pictured! Beautiful inside and out. This property included everything for the beach: chairs, umbrella, toys, even a cooler on wheels! We had a party of 5 and it was plenty big for us. The outside area looked welcoming with 2 patio sets, a hammock, and lights outside. It rained while we were there so we didn't get to sit outside much, but it was inviting. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Mr. Morgan was a delight to work with and prompt as the washer messed up, but within the hour someone was there to fix it. It worked the rest of the stay with no problems. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans. The living room had board games to play also. If we are ever in Savannah again, I will absolutely be looking at renting again!

Cozy House in Quiet Neighborhood

We stayed here while attending our son's wedding in Savannah. What made me choose this place was the available parking for friends that wanted to visit us. With so many of the VRBO's in town the parking was limited or non existing. The house isn't real big, but more than adequate for four adults and one child. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was furnished very nicely. It pretty much has everything you need; just have to provide your own food and drinks. Roku TV"s in all bedrooms and living room with multiple apps. If you have a streaming subscription you can log in with your account. It has a screened in back yard good for relaxing and letting the kids run around in and burn off steam. All appliance appear to be very new. In fact the gas charcoal grill was new. A Publix and Walmart are less than five minutes away. (closer if you could climb over the fence). It's approximately 15-20 minutes from downtown Savannah and a half hour to Tybee Island. The owner was very very responsive to any questions or concerns. If the need ever arose again, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Great Stay

This was a perfect spot to stay! We came to town to see the Savannah Bananas. This was a quick and easy drive to the stadium. Neighborhood was quiet. The kids really enjoyed the backyard. We all agreed, we would gladly stay here again!

Savannah Rental

The house is okay. The bedrooms are small, but the mattresses are comfy. and The bathrooms are extremely small. The master bath is more like a walk-in closet. The air vents need to be cleaned. The backyard is fabulous! The highlight of the property is the fenced backyard, large patio, and fireplace. Neighborhood is not the best. Owner is quick to respond and easy to communicate with.
