"From the moment you pull onto the property, you’re greeted very warmly by the staff. We decided to use the valet parking service, and the included hotel car to go to and from dinner. They definitely made everything very easy during our three days there. The pool area is amazing, the outside staff, and along with the drinks and food they offer at the bar you can stay out there from sun up to sun down. Our room was on the first level on a side street, and things were very quiet, considering we were just a few blocks away from where all the action is. Housekeeping always went the extra step to tidy up for us if we left the room in a bit of disarray. Never got the chance to eat at the restaurant inside, but the vibe around the whole place was just warm and very upscale. Highly recommended, I’ve stayed at hotels around the world, and I must say that this place is as good as it gets. Can’t wait to go back!"

"Perfect location for River Street in Savannah. The steps down to the street were right across the street. Fridge and microwave in the room were great! Ken the bartender was very helpful with restaurant suggestions. The breakfast was OK for free...lots of choices and even a snack to take away for later. I would stay there again for sure! We used the parking garage right next door rather than the hotel valet for $45 a night. weekends were only $5 per day and week days i think are $20."

"Everything about this hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Precious at the front desk was great, very attentive and welcoming. A shout out to the valet guys as well, very friendly. Roof top bar is absolutely beautiful and a must right around sunset. They welcome you with a glass of champagne which is a nice welcome after a long day of traveling. Amazing place, will definitely stay here next time."
