"L'appartement bénéficie d'une bonne situation face au lac et à seulement 10mn à pieds du centre. Néanmoins, l'état de certains équipements en particulier dans la salle de bain seraient à revoir (poignée de douche, pommeau de douche écaillé et coupant, fuites parois de douche...). Dans la cuisine l'équipement est au minimum et assez désuet. Une des deux chambres mériterait la mise en place de rideaux occultants pour ne pas être réveillé à 6h du matin..."

"Ideally located within a short walk of the train station, the hotel is clean with comfortable beds and spacious bath rooms. Also <5 minute walk to old town sites and 10 minute walk to the lake. Good breakfast offering included. Staff courteous at checkin/check out and helpful with questions about the neighborhood. Highly recommend."

"Super studio pour 3-4 personnes avec chambres separées et cuisinette. Nous avons adoré ce studio très bien situé pres de la vieille ville d Annecy. Personnel très aidant qui est venu dans notre chambre nous montrer comment fonctionnait la cuisinière. Expérience de location très positive."

"The apartment was well placed for walking into Annecy. It was clean and spacious enough for our needs. I did book a 4 person apartment which implied we had four separate beds which we needed. What we actually ended up with was a double, a single sofa and a pull out single trundle bed. It wasn’t ideal but we made it work. Small studio kitchen was well equipped. Toilet separate from the bathroom was good, however no sink in the toilet area was a little strange. Opening doors, walking through the apartment and using light switches with unwashed hands wasn’t my favourite thing. Free coffee, tea and water was a great advantage. Staff friendly and helpful. "
