"Things were generally Ok. Two things were not so good: pillows were small and soft and there was no power outlet near the bed for my sleep machine."

"Great shuttle to and from airport and cruise port but the hotel is far from anything to do. No coffee maker in room, hair conditioner or Kleenex box which I misssed. No where to buy anything really. One restaurant thankfully within walking distance. Take uber and then it’s ok. "

"My flight was canceled and I had to make last-minute reservations for a hotel. I decided to stay At this property and I am glad I did. I’ve never slept in a hotel bed so comfortable. It felt like I was laying on clouds. The staff was very helpful and also very nice. I will definitely be back. "

"Location wasn’t the best. I stayed in the two bedroom suite with 3 people. There wasn’t enough towels. The rugs in the bedroom was really dirty. The couch in the living had stains and need to switched out for a new chair. Other than that the room was reasonable. I would stay again if issues are met. Please upgrade the bedroom tv’s. "

"They downgraded our room although the reservation was confirmed and paid in full. Upon arrival they simply stated they were sold out - although they were paid in advance. I asked for accommodations and were never given them. Shower walls had grout. Pillow cases had orange stains - so we had to take them off since no one would come. Few of the towels were old and worn. The room was not upgraded and had brown peppercorn sheeting. The Westin here in Michigan is more up to date and clean. Staff were super nice and the water they constantly refreshed was great. But almost $925 for 3 nights does not explain our room being downgraded , no view(black wall ), the room had an odor of feet and old pizza, I was promised a higher floor and was in floor 3. There were animals present so the halls smelled of dog urine. I literally spent most of my time at family members how in little Haiti (which is scary) and only came back once I purchased Clorox to clean the shower "
