"We stayed one night. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but reasonably priced and was fine for our needs. Our only issue was the noise - our room was on the ground floor near the entrance door and reception. We could hear the door going and people talking, often quite loudly. We mentioned to Reception and suggested maybe a notice to ask people to be quiet when coming in and leaving."
