"The owners were suuuppppper nice, had tips for us, always responding and helpful. The place is in gorgeous quiet area. You cannot walk from there anywhere, you need your transportation. We were on motorcycles - gas station was 3 min away, right next to it was a beautiful grocery store, that can get you started. Then you just have to know the area and what you want to visit. "Firstly the hotel is NOT the one shown in the image, it’s a completely different and far more shabby building. The receptionist was probably the rudest and least helpful I’ve ever experienced, it’s almost unbelievable why anyone would employ such a rude person in this role. The hotel is quite tired, but acceptable, the location is good for tram access into the city centre. Breakfast was very average, with again, very poor service from the staff. Overall I’d say avoid unless the location is your main reason for staying. We certainly won’t be returning."
