Pour prendre l'ascenseur, on doit "essuyer" le disposif d'appel...bienvenue les infections. Durant les repas, certaines boissons ne sont pas autorisées pour les clients qui n'ont pas le all inclusive. Ce qui derange c'est qu il n est indiqué nul part"

"Firstly I don't know what the issue with towels in this hotel. I stayed a week. Everyday I was having to chase up the cleaner who kept saying 5 mins which never happened so then had to go to reception to ask them. I don't know if this is a shortage of towels or what as heard a few other customers complaining. Reception staff Rikh and hadeel both lovely and helpful. Also Mustafa that works in the bar made sure I was always looked after with coffee pizza etc . What I didn't like was being asked...

"Hotel 3-stars max. They have a wifi but no internet. The food is terrible. Plan on eating outside the hotel like we did. Pool is dirty and the towels look and feel like they served for 2 decades"

"When i arrived i was greeted by the host. He welcomed me and made sure everything was ok for me. The apartment was really well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Lovely peaceful area. Felt very safe here. Shops are close by and also an atm Good value for money and definitely recommend. "

Die Wohnung war wirklich unglaublich schön -groß, liebvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Mehr geht nicht. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Umgebung ist auch wunderschön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Wir hatten wirklich Glück noch spontan ein paar Tage hier buchen zu können. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich! Anis"

"Wonderful hotel. Highly recommended. The only negative is that no one at the hotel reads the messages to the property from guests. I sent an important message that went unread until a corporate office answered but by then it was too late."
