"Clean and functional hotel, excellent location. Room was quiet but the pillows were uncomfortable. The hotel itself lacked charm and friendliness of other hotels we’ve stayed in but that didn’t bother us (might bother others.) One more thing: not a biggie but, if you like a cup of tea at the end of a long day, take your own tea bags! The room has a kettle but they didn’t replace the tea bags. (which we think a 4* hotel probably should do.)"

The hotel itself was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed but the best part by far was the staff. Everyone from the hotel manager to the housekeepers were so friendly and welcoming and nothing was ever too much.
