L'accueil de Claudia et son mari est très sympathique et ils sont soucieux d'apporter le meilleurs service aux locataires. "What made this place so terrific was not the facilities, but Roberto and Claudia, the owners. They went out if their way to show us the wine production and surrounding area. They went above and beyond to help us with their pharmacy and anything else we needed. They made it our home. Scandiano is a delightful community. It was hard to believe based on the style in the shops that is was a farming town."

"Staff were super friendly and helpful. They had kindly upgraded my room for free but meant it didn’t have the sofa bed that I needed for my son but they quickly sorted it out and moved us. Hotel is a good location for walking to the city centre and train station. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the level of the breakfast. For the price (I didn’t get it included in my room rate) the selection was good but I struggled to equate it to the cost. Otherwise the hotel was good."
