"The room was compact but had everything you needed and was in a central location in Copenhagen. Shower gel was provided in the walk in shower. Towels were changed and room cleaned everyday on request at reception. Any requests given to reception were done and they were very friendly. To check in you can take a ticket and go to reception or do self check in. This was the same at check out. We bought breakfast with our booking and this was all you can eat buffet. They had a good continental choice and they had scrambled eggs, chicken balls and hash browns. At the buffet it is spacious with plenty of tables. Would definitely recommend and would go again."

"This hotel is BEST CHOICE! It is in the city center. Only 1-minute by foot to the Stockholm Bus Terminal Station. 2-minutes from Arlanda express train to the airport. Blue Bus Number 1 stops in front of the hotel. You can visit a lot of places by foot using this clean, fresh smelling, and comfortable hotel. The beddings, towels & pillows are clean white. It is a self-service check-in. The receptionist in the bar at the lobby assist in the luggage room if you want to leave your bags before check-in time. There are several food stores/resto around the area just check your Google Map. The 7/11 & Burger king is 5minutes walk."

"This hotel is a decent choice for a stay in downtown Copenhagen. The hotel was extremely busy during my stay due to the marathon in the city which I was not aware of when I booked. Copenhagen is an extremely expensive city (think Manhattan prices). For the price I paid I was expecting it to be a little nicer but this is a decent crash pad in a good location. There is a first floor lounge that was always packed with people hanging out. There is self-checkin using a computer kiosk and they charge for luggage storage. Breakfast was a decent value for the price but basic."

Gothia Towers & Upper House

"Upper House was definitely that. I stayed in Gothia Towers and then did an upgrade for two nights. It was a good stay in both places but they certainly turned up a notch at Upper House. The spa was wonderful. Not too crowded as they made reservations. The saunas and Hamam room were very nice. Pools were warm and well maintained. Breakfast at both places was good but I was able to get made to order breakfast at upper house which was very nice. Service was superb in both places, The staff were helpful and friendly My only feedback would be to expand the menus at the in hotel restaurants. The pizza at The Corner was nice and fresh."
