Top Scandinavia Hotel Reviews
Clarion Hotel Sign
10/10 Excellent
"Nice clean room. Excellent breakfast. Perfect location near the central station. Nice rooftop bar. Gym, Spa. Sauna. Pool."
CABINN Copenhagen
10/10 Excellent
"We didn’t interact with any staff whatsoever because you don’t need to - they have automation for everything. The rooms are small but well equipped and laid out. It was ideal for our short family stay. Well priced vs many other hotels in Copenhagen and we’d recommend it for anyone who doesn’t mind a small room to save a bunch of money"
Wakeup Copenhagen Bernstorffsgade
8/10 Good
"⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wakeup Copenhagen – Bernstorffsgade is exactly what it promises: functional, no-frills accommodation with the basic necessities. The rooms are tiny, almost like a cabin on a ship, but honestly, that encourages you to get out and explore the beautiful city of Copenhagen rather than spend your time in the hotel! The staff were professional, everything ran smoothly, and I had no complaints during my stay. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and considering how outrageous hotel prices in Copenhagen can be in August, I thought it was very good value for the money. If you’re looking for luxury and spacious rooms, this probably isn’t the place. But if you want a clean, efficient, affordable base for exploring Copenhagen, it does the job very well."
Clarion Hotel Copenhagen Airport
10/10 Excellent
"Great breakfast. Lots of options for vegan or healthy meals. Super close to the terminal making it easy to get to the flights in the early hours."
Tivoli Hotel
8/10 Good
"We stayed for 4 nights at the Tivoli hotel. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. We enjoyed the pool, however it did get a little crowded at certain times, nevertheless we still managed to get a good swim. We opted for the breakfast buffet which was just as well as there are no cafes or bakeries in close vicinity. The buffet had varied choices, however, after eating the same breakfast choices for 4 mornings it got a bit dull. They offered exactly the same fruits for the four days we were there. The rooms were adequate in size and comfortable. The hotel is located a little distance from the center of the city. You had to walk a bit or take a bus or metro to where the action is. There is the Copenhagen mall which is a short walk away and you can enjoy the food court or restaurants there. There is also a Lidl supermarket there as well. The main complaint would be our first dinner at the Tivoli Brasserie upon our arrival. The food was disappointing, small in size, overly salty and the price was quite high for what was offered. We did not mind paying those prices had the food been enjoyable!"
Liseberg Grand Curiosa Hotel
8/10 Good
"Everything was good except no air conditioning so we couldn’t sleep as it was hot and they had only fan installed. Do not recommend it in the summer but excellent otherwise"
Hotel Birger Jarl
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was so easy at the hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the rooms were extremely clean. We had a triple room and there was sufficient space in the room. There were toiletries in the bathroom and a water fountain in the corridor. The area was very good and central for places to eat and close to the metro. We walked and enjoyed the beautiful area. We will definitely stay here again."
Arctic SnowHotel & Glass Igloos
10/10 Excellent
"A truly unique and memorable stay. The ice sculptures are stunning and create an incredible atmosphere, and it’s a great spot for seeing the aurora if conditions are right. Just note that half board dinner in the ice hotel requires an upgrade fee, and you’ll need a car or shuttle to get there as there’s no public transport. Definitely a one-of-a-kind experience."
