"Excellent location. Booked it because I was participating in the Brisbane Marathon, which happened to start right in front of the property. Check in and check out were a breeze. Apartment was very clean, amenities were excellent, appreciate the clean utensils, fridge, washer and dryer. Only 2 minor inconveniences - sometimes - can be difficult to find a parking lot (I had a rented car) and on Saturday night, there was loud thumping noise coming from neighbouring apartment for more than an hour."

"Location was perfect. Walkable to city, exhibition centre and other restaurants. Quiet and pleasant. Apartment was clean and tidy. They only provided 2 towels despite having 3 guests listed. However, they quickly provided extra ones when requested. Reception is usually closed (at least during the weekend) but staff was nice and welcoming. It did not have house keeping services which was a little disappointing. I did see it on Monday when checking out, so maybe it's only avaialble during...

"Very slightly run down, but clean, with comfortable bed and fresh linen. Not much around, but a short stroll to Bowen Hills train station, then one stop to Fortitude Valley or three stops to Central. Great views over the city from the balcony. Would definately stay again"

"The aoartment had great views and was nice and clean. The lifts are fast so youre not waiting too long. A TV in the bedroom would be nice. The kitchen utensils are ok but lacks such items as cooking scissors. But generally its a great place to stay. I parking on site is available at an additional $25 per night, the parking spaces are really tight so if you have a wide car its a struggle getting out and theres always the chance your car could get dented buy a irresponsible person opening their...

"Great location for short stay, right across the road from Central Station. Lovely old building with renovated room on fourth floor. Air con was noisy. Staff helpful and there 24/7, but the absence of any information, brochures or decoration of any sort in the huge reception area was disappointing and a real visual downer. The lift worked very well and the room was comfortable and clean. Would stay again, despite the spartan but expansive ground floor area."
