"This was a beautiful property. (One of the friends kept saying it was adorable!) We would definitely recommend it. The host thought of everything. We even found EVOO in the cabinet to go with the bread we bought. We kept saying we would love to come back in the summer so we could enjoy the sunroom and the outdoors more and also how cozy it would be if it was cold enough for a fire. It was in all ways a five-star place to say. We had one little hiccup with an outlet in the bathroom. Matt was planning to send someone to fix it right away, but we were able to figure it out. It was not a problem with the outlet, just a problem with us figuring out how to reset it. I wouldn't even mention it except I wanted to say how quickly we got a response from Matt and how willing he was to send someone to help us out. It was a great location, right in the middle, which was great because we drove from there to Woods Hole, to Provincetown and back. Lovely, lovely place to stay. I highly recommend it."

"Mermaid Cottage is a beautiful home! The host provides so many amenities to make the stay pleasant and stress free. And it was spotless! It was centrally located to the attractions we were interested in. There are several nice restaurants nearby."

"This rental was the perfect place for our girls' getaway weekend. The home is cozy, beautiful, and well-stocked, with enough space for 3 of us to lounge and catch up. The location is convenient for restaurants, activities, and traveling around the Cape easily. Anytime we had questions, our host was quick to respond and very personable. I do need to include that all the beds are VERY firm - just something to be aware of for those like us who prefer a little softer rest (but the recliners in the living room are absurdly comfortable and great for napping). We've already decided that this needs to be an annual trip, and we hope to have Beach Rose be our home base again. "

"We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this property in the future."

"Beyond the Beach was a perfect spot for our family. Our kids loved relaxing in the pool and hot tub - even during the October rain! We were down the Cape for a soccer tournament and this house was a perfectly central location. It also made it much less stressful that we were able to bring the pups. I wish we could have stayed longer than a long weekend! "

"The host was very accommodating for a smooth check in process. The cabin was very clean and in a good location, close to many beaches, stores and restaurants. Perfect size for two people. Only feed back would be an option for a king size bed from the two twin size beds there would be great. Also the water pressure in the shower could have been a little better. But overall the host, location, and cabin were all great! We also really enjoyed the outside seating area on the back porch. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend this property for others to stay in as well! "
