Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway!

Great stay! Very friendly and welcoming people at the front desk, beds were very comfortable, clean and spacious rooms, everything you could ask for in a relaxing getaway.

Conveniently located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and only a short drive to the seaside and the Kennedy Family historic sites. The staff was very pleasant and efficient. The rooms were spacious and clean and offered a mini-refrigerator, small microwave oven, and a tiny coffee maker (with coffee and tea supplies). Although we did not partake of these amenities, there is a pool, a fully equipped exercise gym, a small "pantry area" with snacks and some microwave meals, and a cafe area in the hotel. Easy to access parking lot with ample parking. Traffic can be heavy at times in that area, so leave extra time to get to your destinations. Enjoy your stay!

My husband & I live in MA so this was just a staycation for our anniversary. We both thought the hotel was fine, close to everything. We got booked a 1 Kingsize room, it was clean but there was no safe, but we knew that when we booked. And there was only one towel rack in the bathroom. The room was nice, but no pictures on the walls only in the bathroom. All in all, the room was fine and the restaurant is good. I liked the gym.

We thought this hotel was great at first. Until it was time to shower and it was ice cold, our blankets had brown and blood like colors on them, and when we got the bill they charged $10. Not so happy for what I paid

Everyone was friendly and professional, but the poor room conditions did not support the price. Wallpaper was peeling in the main area as well as the bathroom. None of the USB’s in the room worked, and after calling the front desk the solution was to bring us a wall charger. The baseboards were pretty filthy and it looked like there was a line of previous mold/water damage. We thought that there was some sort of dinner service, but when we arrived, we were told that due to the off season and not having enough employees, they currently do not. Given how expensive it was for off season pricing, we wouldn’t stay there again.

This hotel used to be a nice spot right next to the mall. Location is great but it's outdated. First room we had, this moldy smell to it and quickly went to the front desk to change it. The replacement room was definitely beat up with chips on the desk area and then at 4 am had to use the toilet for the first time and the toilet had a slow leak. I had to use it again but decided to go downstairs to use the downstairs bathroom because I didn't want the toilet to overflow. So after using the downstairs bathroom, I went to front desk to let them know what happened and I asked for a plunger to unclog the room toilet. I tried three times, but it still was clogged. Front desk was helpful but this was an inconvenience. Hopefully the hotel will make the necessary repairs.
