Wir sind zum wiederholten Male in dieser Wohnung und buchen sie wieder. In dem neuen Boxspringbett haben wir fantastisch geschlafen und im neuen Strandkorb in der Sonne auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt. Der Strand ist nur ein Steinwurf entfernt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Eine süsse Wohnung in der es ansonsten an nichts fehlt, die bestens ausgestattet ist. Habe mich hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Bett ist superbequem. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die Fußgängerzone, der Strand, Restaurants alles sehr schnell zu erreichen. 1/2 Minuspunkt: Ich hatte eine Wohnung Parterre, direkt neben dem Hauseingang. Machmal war es schon etwas laut wenn die Haustür zukracht - vor allem spät Abends u. Nachts. Die Tiefgarage ist eine leichte Herausforderung aber zu meistern. Mit einem Golf klappte es ganz gut. Das nächste Mal würde ich aber lieber eine Wohnung weiter oben mit Blick auf das Meer buchen - nur so für noch ein bisschen mehr Urlaubsfeeling. Der Check -in hat wunderbar und sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich geklappt. Ich würde Ostsee-Appartements auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und komme sehr gerne wieder darauf zurück. Vielen lieben Dank .

Ein sehr schönes Apartment die Hansa Residenz

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, die Ausstattung topp ob allgemein, das Küchenzubehör, die bequeme Couch und das bequeme Bett(hatten keine Rückenschmerzen), die Lage zum Strand sehr gut gelegen. Die Garage als Duplex ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und man muss genau gucken ob es von der Bodenfreiheit passt. Die Abmaße stehen im Appartement-Angebot natürlich drin. Die Hansa-Residenz ist sehr zu empfehlen.
