Every request we made was promptly accommodated in a professional and courteous manner. Breakfast and dinner at the Italian restaurant were excellent. "The Hotel is situated outside the city centre but perfectly connected to public transport. It feels safe and is very clean. Staff are friendly. Downsides for us: bathtub/shower very slippery, shower curtain sticks to everything and the water temperature fluctuates. Would still recommend and we will be back."
